UPDATE – Monthly Meeting April 2025

Our meeting on Sunday, 13th April saw a discussion and interactive session led by the DOS judging team on ‘judging at shows –  the BOC judging scheme’. It started with an explanation of the process for becoming a judge, and how plants were assessed in terms of their culture and flowering. Members were invited to test their skills on two judging tables and rank the best in their class. Thank you to Clive Lloyd for organising an interesting and informative session which hopefully gave society members an insight into the judging process and food for thought when entering and showing their plants
