Congratulations to Devon Orchid Society member Clive Lloyd for the Award of Merit and a Certificate of Cultural Commendation for Cattleya lobata ‘Jeni’ by the RHS at GWL Live, Birmingham NEC in June 2024. Congratulations too go to both Clive Lloyd and Devon Orchid Society in being awarded the British Orchid Council Rose Bowl and the Lionel Dunning Salver in recognition of their hard work in organising the event.
Clive Lloyd was also awarded a Cultural Certificate In September 2024 for Cattleya reginae ‘Elisabeth Ann’. The plant had 10 open flowers and nine buds on eight spikes. The species is native to Brazil where it grows on rocky ledges under shrubs.
